Development and education of teachers in the pre-primary education system

The diploma thesis devoted to "Development and education of teachers of pre-primary education system" examines the needs of pedagogical education and other possibilities of education of pedagogical staff of pre-primary education. The thesis deals with the development of professional and competence skills that are applicable in the pre-primary education system. The thesis deals with the legislative requirements for the education of future teachers, which is adequate for full use. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the system of the pre-primary education required by the system of education and to compare it with the requirements of the real needs of the pre-primary education activities of the educator in order to prepare for education with the help of their competence skills. Asked research questions are whether the theoretical and practical knowledge gained by the required study is sufficient according to the teachers' views for the performance of a novice pre-primary educator, whether pre-primary educators are trying to engage in further education and what types of courses are used by pre-primary teachers. Efficiency monitoring of further professional development of school pedagogical staff

Monitoring of efficiency of pedagogical staff development at primary schools means one of the key part in further professional development. This thesis is looking at this field from the point of view of school management and analyses the position of efficiency in the system of further professional development of pedagogical staff at primary schools. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part defines the education and further professional development of pedagogical staff, the possibilities of monitoring its efficiency and the plan of teachers' professional development. The second part describes who and when assesses the efficiency of further education using a questionnaire and also the methods used in the process. All this is summarized in details in the findings of this study.

Education of individuals with Asperger syndrome

The basic idea of the present study is to acquaint people with Asperger syndrome, which belong to the autism spectrum disorders. The aim was to insight into the mind of individuals with this diagnosis, the effort to understand their thinking so that we can integrate these individuals to the fullest extent of assistance to participate in society. From another point of view, this paper can also help teachers and educators to prevent conflicts or resolve them. My primary aim is to create a file that clarifies and familiarizes readers with a pervasive developmental disorder Asperger syndrome, it will help them in working with individuals with this disability. I tried to find specific forms of communication, specific words, phrases, when, where, how or what to use, find specific ways of dealing with individuals with this condition. The thesis is structured into five parts to affect the fundamental issues of education for individuals with Asperger syndrome. In the first chapter I try to summarize knowledge about autism in general, the second will focus on the description of disability Asperger syndrome. Training and development of educators

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the training and development of teaching staff and its aim is to analyse the further education of teaching staff in primary schools and grammar schools, firstly to see whether it is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and then to discover how the further education of teachers is carried out in practice. This was investigated on a sample of primary schools and grammar schools. The current status of the further education of teaching staff was investigated by a questionnaire survey and the results of this investigation, including the identification of problems and proposals for possible improvements to the current situation, are given in the practical part. The conclusion is drawn about how the actual situation differs from the theoretical foundations anchored in the law.
THE ANALYSIS OF TRAINING SYSTEM

In this graduation thesis was made the analysis of educational and training system of pedagogical staff in two primary schools {--} Lomnice nad Lužnicí and Rapšach. Pedagogical staff of both of schools derive benefit from national projects and programms, for example Successful Headteacher. These programms prepare the National Institute for Further Education. Complement for the analysis were the questionnaires. The main questions were: application of education on teaching or importance of education sector.
